Schedule
Full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling:
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
or Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits
30% of collections if monthly production is under $80,000 or 32% of collections if monthly production exceeds $80,000
$10,000 sign on bonus
$900 daily guarantee

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a patient-centered environment
Deliver excellent clinical care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Collaborate with your EFDA and dental assistant to ensure efficiency and quality care
Support and guide the team as a positive leader and role model
Contribute to a respectful and organized workplace built on honesty and teamwork
Utilize Open Dental software and advanced technology including CBCT, iTero, and Trios 5 scanners
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements
DDS or DMD degree and current Ohio dental license (or eligibility)
New graduates welcome; mentorship is provided and encouraged
