What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders to transport and load materials safely and efficiently
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain site safety
• Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support operational flow

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• Commitment to maintaining equipment and worksite cleanliness

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $40.00 to $43.75 per hour
