Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• At least one (1) year of outpatient orthopedic experience in the last three (3) years; 2-3 years preferred
• Experience does not include clinical/rotations/fieldwork, SNF, Hospital, LTC, ALF
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Schedule: 40 hours per week for 13 weeks+
• Volume: 12 patients per day with 1-hour evaluations in a 1:1 setting
