Project Architect Job Description

The Project Architect will have experience working on projects of various sizes and will be adept at coordinating consultants, contractors, and clients. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to support projects located in numerous states. The Project Architect will be responsible for a full range of project involvement, beginning with initial client contact and preparation of documents and continuing through contract administration.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently across various locations.
  • Support projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Participate in all phases of project delivery, including initial client contact, preparation of project documentation, and contract administration.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial architectural experience.
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
  • Architectural registration preferred.
  • High level of proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Solid knowledge of construction means, materials, and methods.
  • High level of proficiency with building codes.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and mentorship skills.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lead or work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Registered Architect
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to step into a leadership position with ownership of multiple projects across a diverse portfolio.
Work Environment

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. On-Site. The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
