Assembler

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, disassembly, and thorough cleaning of encapsulation machines to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to maintain compliance and production standards.
• Support manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment is properly prepared for production runs.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts while monitoring equipment and processes.
• Safely push/pull containers up to 500 pounds and lift materials up to 50 pounds as required.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to interruptions, and maintain productivity throughout the shift.

Required Experience:

• Encapsulation process experience, typically supported by a minimum of one year in related roles (e.g., encapsulation, injection molding, or similar machine operations) and/or four to six months of specialized training and hands-on experience.
