Property Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and reliable Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. This role is responsible for leasing activities, rent collection, property upkeep, and reporting to ensure smooth and efficient property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities, including showing units and processing applications
• Collect rent and ensure timely payments
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors
• Respond to tenant needs and ensure properties are well-maintained
• Develop and prepare reports on property performance, occupancy, and financials

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or a related role preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
