About Us:

Rabine Mechanical is a leading commercial HVAC service provider, specializing in service, repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacements for national and local clients. We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a lead technician in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will excel in diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacements.

Top Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair various commercial HVAC equipment
• Execute equipment replacements from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experience, with at least 5 years as a lead technician
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Proven ability to perform equipment replacements independently

Work Environment:

This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, travel to onsite locations, and physically demanding tasks.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Full time - 40 hours per week.

Travel:

Local travel required (including Wisconsin and Indiana).
