Medical Director, Veterinarian

Pine Castle Animal Care Center is growing and looking for an experienced, compassionate, and team-oriented Medical Director to lead our multi-doctor team in beautiful Orlando, Florida! This is an exciting opportunity to guide the medical direction of a well-established, thriving practice while still engaging in hands-on clinical work.

What you'll do:
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our veterinary team
Ensure delivery of high-quality medical care aligned with practice standards
Collaborate with practice management to drive hospital growth and efficiency
Oversee medical protocols, quality control, and staff training initiatives
Maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports learning and development
