Our client is seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join its well-established, supportive practice just outside Syracuse. Practice Overview

• Provider Type: General Dentist

• Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Support Staff: 3 Hygienists, 1 Dental Assistant, Full Front Office

• Procedures: General, Cosmetic, & Preventive Dentistry

• Payor Mix: PPO / Fee-for-Service

• Patient Base: Established and growing community practice

• Technology: Modern, patient-centered clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $250K+ annually

• Daily Guarantee: Competitive guarantee during ramp-up

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care

• Perform exams, restorations, cosmetic, and preventive procedures

• Develop and present treatment plans

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff for optimal patient flow

• Build long-term relationships with patients and families

Candidate Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school

• Active (or in-process) New York dental license

• Clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong skills considered)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented, patient-first mindset
