Overview

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is undergoing a major acquisition and integrating the acquired company's systems into their enterprise landscape. We are seeking two experienced SAP Project Managers to lead workstreams across SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and SAP Data Migration.

You will join a large, coordinated acquisition program that includes several PMs across various streams, including those from Slalom. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive, detaildriven PM with handson SAP experience who excels at connecting people, driving accountability, and managing complex crossfunctional efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead endtoend project management for SAP, MES, or SAP Data Migration workstreams within the overall acquisition program.
  • Drive timelines, deliverables, RAID logs, communications, and stakeholder alignment across multiple business and technical teams.
  • Partner closely with functional SAP teams (configuration & development) to ensure readiness for production and alignment with integration milestones.
  • Coordinate with other PMs across the broader acquisition effort to maintain crossworkstream visibility and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and decisionmaking meetings with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensure data migration tasks, cutover activities, testing cycles, and validation steps are managed and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain strict accountability among resources-ensuring owners follow through, teams remain aligned, and dependencies are actively managed.
  • Provide clear, concise status reporting to program leadership and support governance processes.
  • Manage vendor teams, internal SMEs, and crossfunctional resources across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and IT.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management experience within SAP environments-must have directly led SAP projects or major workstreams.
  • Handson SAP background: experience as an SAP team member in configuration, development, testing, or production deployment support.
  • Proven success driving complex multiteam projects with a high level of organization, followthrough, and accountability.
  • Experience managing requirements, functional design cycles, integration testing, cutover planning, and hypercare.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Ability to drive alignment and deliverables across crossfunctional teams in a fastmoving acquisition environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with manufacturing systems or MES platforms in a pharma or regulated environment.
  • Background in pharmaceutical or life sciences operations.
  • Experience with acquisition or carveout integrations.
  • PMP, Agile certifications, or comparable PM framework knowledge.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $70/hr to $80/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
