Our client, a leading advanced manufacturing and automation technology innovator , is seeking a CNC Controls Engineer to join their team. As a CNC Controls Engineer , you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Controls, Automation, and Machine Development teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problemsolving skills , excellent analytical ability , and clear technical communication , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Controls Engineer
Location: Hebron, Kentucky
Pay Range: Based on experience ($29$36)

Whats the Job?
  • Design, develop, and commission CNC control systems using Siemens
  • Configure/program CNC machines including PLC/NC integration, drive tuning, axis control, and spindle functionality.
  • Develop custom CNC applications, extensions, and HMIs using C, C++, and VB.NET.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software CNC control issues.
  • Integrate CNC systems with external automation, robotics, and manufacturing systems.
Whats Needed?
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent handson experience).
  • 5+ years of CNC controls engineering experience.
  • Required Siemens 840D programming.
  • Advanced programming skills in C / C++ and VB.NET .
  • Experience commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC machinery.
