What You'll Be Doing
Lead and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value-driven solutions and results

Work Environment This role operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Sales Manager II works closely with field teams, customers, and internal partners, with a mix of office, field, and travel responsibilities depending on business needs.
