What You’ll Do

• Present and schedule treatment and recare appointments with clarity and confidence
• Verify insurance benefits and support patients with financial arrangements
• Manage front office operations with accuracy and organization
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience from the moment patients walk in
• Coordinate multistep treatment plans and appointments
• Build relationships and represent our brand with enthusiasm
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with a team that truly supports one another

What You Bring

• Minimum three (3) years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience
• High school diploma or GED; staterequired certifications as applicable
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning
• Experience with EagleSoft (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and timemanagement skills
• Comfort Microsoft Platforms; Excel knowledge is a plus
• A proactive, teamoriented mindset

Schedule & Pay

• Fulltime, 40 hours per week
• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Pay range: $23.00–$30.00 per hour, contingent on experience
