The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the mechanical trade industry. Specifically, successful candidates will be well-versed in the mechanical trades, including air, steam and process piping, copper, braising, welding, pipe fitting, setting pumps, chillers, air handler units, rigging, reading and interpreting drawings and more. Additional requirements include ability to read and follow prints, complete take offs as needed. Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and work well with others. Other duties as assigned.

• Installation, modification & repair of new/existing high/low- pressure systems and equipment; Hydronic sourced heating/chilled systems, steam-heating, steam generation, flash and expansion tanks, condensate, vacuum, circulating pumps and radiators. Chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of heating and air conditioning units to include: oil, gas, hydronic, and steam lines, including all components such as valves, pipes, flexible hose connections or related parts.
• You will be required to have understanding and ability to identify malfunctions and replacement of items such as safety devices, heating elements, valves, strainers, coils and other related components.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using hand tools

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $70,000.00

Maximum Salary: $80,000.00
