Job Summary

We are a fast-growing technology (hardware/software) company seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support expanding DTC, commercial, and retail operations. These hybrid roles (San Francisco–based, 3 days onsite) are critical to ensuring operational excellence across order-to-cash activities, fulfillment performance, and retail compliance. One role will focus on DTC/commercial operations, and the other on Americas retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily order fulfillment across DTC and retail channels, ensuring SLA adherence

  • Manage and resolve order exceptions (EDI errors, routing issues, shipment discrepancies, chargebacks)

  • Partner with 3PLs and transportation providers to resolve delivery and execution issues

  • Maintain accurate shipping and fulfillment records across ERP, WMS, and related systems

  • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues

  • Support retail compliance for major partners and maintain routing guides

  • Assist with new market setups, retail onboarding, and new product introductions

  • Maintain inventory accuracy across North American warehouses and manage transfer orders

  • Support S&OP reporting, KPI tracking (OTIF, fill rates, delivery performance), and operational dashboards

  • Help develop and maintain logistics SOPs and drive continuous process improvement

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on logistics experience in order management and fulfillment

  • Experience resolving order-level issues in ERP (NetSuite), WMS, and/or EDI systems

  • Strong understanding of retail routing guides, compliance, and omnichannel logistics

  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Global logistics and import/export experience a plus

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid role based in San Francisco (3 days on-site per week)
