Practice Overview

• Location: Waxahachie, TX

• Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Practice Model: Single-doctor practice

• Support Staff: Experienced hygienists, dental assistants

• Specialty Support: Rotating Oral Surgeon & Orthodontist

• Payor Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service

Scope of Practice

• Full-scope general dentistry including exams, restorative, crowns, extractions, and treatment planning

• Autonomy to practice dentistry your way

• Ability to manage and grow a busy, productive patient schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered general dental care

• Efficiently manage patient flow in a single-doctor setting

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

• Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth daily operations

• Contribute to practice growth while maintaining clinical independence

Candidate Profile

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain)

• Comfortable performing all aspects of general dentistry

• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care

• Motivated to grow production in a high-performing environment

Compensation & Earnings

• 6-month daily guarantee OR percentage of production

• Average monthly production: $80K–$100K+

• Top producer earning potential: $500K–$800K annually
