Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management and customers to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all third?party shipments.
• Ensure forklifts, plumbing scales, security systems, and fire alarms remain fully operational.
• Monitor material levels and ensure employees have the supplies needed to complete jobs.
• Conduct monthly inventory of all materials and storage units.
• Maintain orderly storage of all shipments within the warehouse.
• Ensure outside containers are stored neatly and safely.
• Compliance with transportation safety rules.
• Documentation of weight tickets and shipment details.
• Adherence to DOT and government moving regulations.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of related warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to operate or oversee stand?up reach truck forklifts; certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management best practices, particularly in logistics.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.

Salary Range:

$70K-$80K
