MUST:
Experienced Registered Nurse
Must have active Registered Nurse license in the state of Virginia
Must have at least 1 year of hands-on functional medicine experience
Must have experience with IV therapies and infusions
Must have strong communication skills and an open minded approach to patient care
Must stay current with integrative medicine advancements

DUTIES:
Provide integrative and functional medicine nursing care, including patient assessments, education, and ongoing clinical support.
Implement provider-directed care plans incorporating conventional and evidence-based complementary therapies.
Administer IV therapies, including Vitamin C and wellness infusions, while monitoring patient safety and treatment response.
Support patients receiving Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) through coordination, education, and symptom monitoring.
Assist in the care of patients with complex chronic conditions, including Lyme disease, and communicate clinical findings to the care team.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
