About the Role
As a Fashion Lead Specialist, you'll bring your keen eye for style and detail to a fast-paced warehouse environment, managing garment identification, categorization, and quality assurance. You'll be the go-to expert ensuring each item aligns with our brand standards, working closely with a team committed to precision and excellence in fashion curation.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and categorize clothing items based on fabric, construction, and style details
• Ensure each product meets stylistic and quality standards before processing
• Use digital tools and catalogs to verify product descriptions and attributes
• Maintain high accuracy and speed to meet processing targets
• Support warehouse operations at the returns workstation, including lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and quality control

Key Requirements

• 24 years of experience in fashion, retail, styling, merchandising, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and global fashion trends
• Sharp eye for detail and style, with ability to articulate clothing features accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with digital catalogs and label descriptions
• Comfortable working in a repetitive, target-driven environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED required
