Job Description
Were a friendly, growing private dental practice in Cordova, TN , and were looking for a Dental Assistant who enjoys patient care, teamwork, and being part of a practice where people truly enjoy coming to work.
If youre organized, dependable, and take pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, wed love to meet you.
Schedule- Monday Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
- Assisting the doctor during general and periodontal procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Taking and processing dental radiographs
- Supporting infection control and sterilization protocols
- Educating patients and helping them feel at ease
- Charting accurately and assisting with clinical documentation
- Working closely with the team to keep the day running smoothly
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or eligible to register
- X-ray certification per Tennessee Board of Dentistry requirements
- CPR/BLS certification
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Nitrous monitoring certification a plus (if applicable), but not required
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication with patients and teammates
- Willingness to learn and grow with the practice
- Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way
- Privately owned practice with supportive leadership

- Consistent schedule with short Fridays
