Dental Assistant Job

We are looking for a dental assistant to start in the new year 2026. We are a private practice. We are looking to grow our team, and are looking for an experienced, patient-centered enthusiastic dental assistant to serve our patients, team, and assist our doctors in an array of procedures. We need a collaborator who is dedicated to taking care of the needs of our patients.

Experience:

Dental Radiation Technology Certification

Experience with digital scanning, packings cord and must be x-ray certified.

Packing cord and making temporaries for round houses and anterior

Desire to work as a productive team member

Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Experience with digital scans technology (preferred)

At least 2 years chair-side dental assisting

Functions:

Chair assist doctor with complex dental procedure

. Packing cord and temporaries for round houses and anterior

Listening to needs of patients

Provide patient education

Sustain patient comfort during procedures

Job type:

Part-time Wednesday and Thursday

No late nights; no weekends

Pay: $18-30/hr, commensurate with Experience

Experience: Dental assisting 2 yrs.

License/Certification:

X-ray certified

CDA/EFDA

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

Dentrix, dental software experience a plus
