Equipment Manager

Salls Brothers Construction is hiring a hands-on Equipment Manager to oversee, maintain, and manage company equipment, tools, and vehicles. This role combines mechanical work with equipment coordination and oversight to keep job sites running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on maintenance and minor repairs on construction equipment
• Schedule and coordinate major repairs and preventative maintenance
• Manage equipment inventory, tracking, and job-site assignments
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment to job sites
• Work closely with project managers and superintendents

• Maintain maintenance and usage records
• Ensure equipment meets safety and company standards

Qualifications:

• Experience with construction or heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-directed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
