Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry
• Generate leads and drive sales to meet and exceed targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Required Skills:

• Commercial Construction experience
• General Construction knowledge
• Industrial Painting expertise
• Construction Sales background
• Blueprints interpretation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Pre-Construction knowledge
• CPM Scheduling experience
• Design Engineering background

Technical Skills:

• Take-offs
• PlanSwift
• Change Orders
• Submittals
• Scope Development

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $60,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $76,000.00
