THE OPPORTUNITY

Premier Family Eye Care is conducting a national search for an experienced Optical Manager with a proven record of leadership, team development, and optical excellence. We are a highly regarded, fast-growing, faith-based private optometric practice known for exceptional patient experiences, reflected in more than 900 five-star reviews. Our multi-doctor clinical team leads a collaborative, values-driven culture where faith matters, and we are excited to open a stunning, brand-new 7,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art eyecare facility in June 2026. This role offers a rare opportunity to help lead, shape, and elevate one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed eyewear centers in the country—created to deliver a premium, boutique optical experience that clearly differentiates from a retail environment.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led optical teams, enjoys developing people, understands both the art and science of dispensing, and views optics as a clinical extension of the exam rather than a transaction. You are energized by creating exceptional patient journeys, mentoring teams, and curating eyewear environments that are both clinically sound and visually inspiring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optical leadership and team development, including skill development and coaching
• Elevating the patient experience through consultative, lens-first dispensing
• Inventory strategy, luxury and independent lines, and merchandising excellence
• Frame styling across diverse demographics and niche patient populations
• Practice-wide collaboration with optometric physicians and department leaders
• Helping launch and lead a flagship eyewear center within a new facility
