As a Registered Nurse specializing in psychiatric care, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to assess and address the needs of patients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Your expertise will guide the care process, from developing individualized care plans to educating patients and their families.

• Assess patient care needs and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate and provide nursing care to individuals and groups, in partnership with physicians
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge needs
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
• Document and report all necessary information according to established protocols
• Monitor patient safety and report potential risks to physicians
• Promote a customer-friendly environment and maintain professionalism
• Function as a clinical leader, delegating tasks and promoting staff development
• Utilize and review patient care protocols and standards of practice
• Support a recovery-focused environment in community residential settings
• Commit to the organization's mission and values, demonstrating integrity and professional excellence
• Maintain annual training and demonstrate competency in required programmatic training
• Perform additional duties as assigned
