As a Package Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM, you will lead the implementation of business processes within the Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security. Your role involves applying expertise in business processes and systems to design, configure, and customize the product. Your primary responsibilities will include:* Lead Implementation Efforts: Lead the implementation of business processes within the Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security, understanding business requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending leading practice solutions to enhance process efficiencies and reduce future maintenance efforts.* Design and Configure Solutions: Apply expertise in business processes and systems to design, configure, and customize the product, creating functional designs and prototypes, and conducting application testing.* Educate Clients: Educate clients on Oracle HCM best practices, identifying opportunities for additional services, and providing engagement managers with status reports to keep them informed of the projects overall progress.* Share Product Skills: Participate in training and other events to share product skills with fellow practitioners.* Provide Status Reports: Keep engagement managers informed of the projects overall progress through regular status reports.This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
