As a Registered Nurse in the OR, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Providing clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families
Utilizing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions
Maintaining a healthy workplace environment through professional communication
Meeting core measure responsibilities related to patient care
Participating in continuing education to enhance your skills
Maintaining complete and accurate medical records
Holding a current Illinois Registered Nurse license
Possessing a current CPR/BLS card and ACLS certification
