What Youll Be Doing
Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations across all areas of the aggregates site.
Develop and empower team members through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent communication.
Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall plant performance.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and operational standards.
Manage budgets, production planning, and resource allocation to achieve business goals.

Work Environment
This role involves working in an outdoor, industrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and heavy equipment. Personal protective equipment is required.
