Plans Examiner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Plans Examiner within the Code and Building Services Department. The ideal candidate will enjoy reviewing and evaluating a mix of new and old residential and commercial building plans and permits.

Your work responsibilities may include:
Preferred Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Science and Technology or equivalent, with at least three (3) years of construction codes administration, plans review, or equivalent experience. Experience as a Plans Examiner or Building Inspector in a municipality role. Have or be able to achieve ICC Certifications as an Electrical Plans Examiner, Plumbing Plans Examiner, Accessibility Plans Examiner, and Mechanical Plans Examiner.
