Role Overview

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a handson Chef Manager to lead daily culinary operations at a manufacturing plant in Decatur, Illinois. This role oversees all kitchen production, food quality, safety standards, and team leadership while delivering a consistent, employeefocused dining experience.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost controls

  • Lead, train, and support a small culinary team in a fastpaced environment

  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
