ITM ASSOCIATE POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing exemplary service to our customers via interactive teller machines, which allow for the completion of financial transactions in an efficient and convenient manner.

SCHEDULE

  • Hours: Typical schedule will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additional or different hours may be available/necessary based on business needs.
  • Training: Anticipated March 16 through March 20, 2026 - during daytime business hours
  • Start Date: Anticipated mid-May to the beginning of June start date

ITM ASSOCIATE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Provide exceptional customer service through quality conversations and assist customers with routine banking transactions through the virtual Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
  2. Research and resolve customer questions, inquiries, requests, and issues with empathy.
  3. Provide accurate information to customers based on product and service knowledge and understanding of the banking industry.
  4. Effectively analyze every situation and determine appropriate solutions and responses.
  5. Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department(s).
  6. Advocate the benefits of products and services to promote customer enthusiasm and engagement.
Requirements:

ITM ASSOCIATE ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

  • Customer service or banking experience encouraged

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy; basic keyboarding skills are required
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply commonly understood knowledge to carry out instructions and instruct others, understand procedures, and write reports and correspondence
  • Understands computer and other equipment capabilities and limitations
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Maintain a complete understanding of regulatory and compliance policies and procedures
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts
