Job Summary
Job Description
We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team in Colorado Springs and help make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
What You’ll Do:
Assessments – Observe, gather data, and determine the “why” behind behaviors.
Treatment Plans – Develop personalized strategies that teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Supervision – Provide training, feedback, and support to RBTs, ensuring quality care for every child.
Data Analysis – Monitor progress and adjust plans using evidence-based decisions.
Family Training – Empower parents and caregivers with strategies to support progress at home.
What We’re Looking For:
Current BCBA certification & licensure (or ability to obtain)
Experience with the autism population or mental health background (preferred, not required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO
