Position Summary

The Electrical Technician supports the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across the facility. This role requires hands-on experience working with control boards and circuit boards, along with the ability to diagnose issues, perform component-level repairs, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with control boards, circuit boards, wiring, and electrical assemblies.
• Perform component-level repairs, including soldering, replacing parts, and verifying functionality.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and system improvements.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Document work performed, parts used, and findings in maintenance logs or CMMS.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and electrical safety.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with control boards and circuit boards (diagnostics, repair, replacement).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and soldering equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional to include)

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or highreliability environment.
• Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and automation systems.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS platforms.

Work Environment & Schedule
Enjoy a consistent 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays reserved for overtime. Our facility offers a climate-controlled manufacturing environment for year-round comfort.
