CCS Construction Staffing is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for an active commercial construction project in Grove City, OH. This role involves physically demanding concrete and digging work in a controlled, warm environment.

Key Requirements

Must be able to start immediately. Reliable transportation to and from work every day. Ability to work safely on active construction sites. Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Willing and able to work the maximum number of hours offered per week.

Must Have

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and site leads. Willingness to perform general labor duties including concrete pull work, digging, material handling, and site cleanup. Comfortable performing physical labor in a warm indoor or enclosed work area. Safety-focused mindset at all times.

Preferred

OSHA 10 - if you do not have it, CCS can help you get it.

Minimum 6 months of construction or general labor experience.

Previous concrete or excavation experience.

Position Details

Commercial construction project. Full-time hours available. Safety orientation provided as required.
