What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve regional aggregate sales goals.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities across key markets.
• Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Drive execution of strategic sales plans that support long-term business objectives.

Work Environment
This role operates in a mix of office, plant, and field settings with regular travel to customer sites and regional locations. The position requires the ability to work collaboratively across diverse environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer engagement.

• Competitive base salary$136,030-$181,363 and participation in our annual incentive plan
