• Conduct patient assessments and provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient education.
• Maintain accurate inventory management systems to ensure the availability of medications and supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on medication administration protocols and pain management strategies.
• Utilize pharmacy software, EMR systems, and EHR systems for effective documentation and patient care management.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Proficient in using various pharmacy software applications for inventory management and patient records.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and assessment.
