Our client is a small animal veterinary hospital that is currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its established and supportive team. The practice provides comprehensive veterinary care to cats and dogs and is well regarded for its commitment to high-quality medicine and strong client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys practicing thorough, patient-focused medicine in a collaborative and well-supported environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with additional hours on Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The position is open to both full-time and part-time veterinarians, and the team is happy to discuss scheduling options to suit individual preferences while maintaining continuity of patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will deliver high-quality general practice veterinary care across a varied caseload. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient examinations and medical work-ups, diagnosing and managing medical conditions, performing diagnostic procedures, and carrying out surgical interventions. You will play an important role in client communication and education, building long-term relationships through clear explanations and compassionate care. This role is best suited to an experienced veterinarian who is confident in both medical and surgical case management.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools to support efficient and accurate patient care. Services offered include routine examinations, internal medicine, geriatrics, puppy and kitten care, dentistry, surgery, and diagnostics. The practice environment is designed to support thorough medicine while maintaining smooth workflows and a positive experience for both patients and clients.

Team
You will be joining a close-knit team that currently includes one experienced DVM, supported by a group of long-term support staff who genuinely enjoy their work and take pride in the care they provide. Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
