Join Our Team as an Executive Chef!

Shelby’s Trio is a locally loved restaurant in Clarksville, Tennessee, known for great food, strong community ties, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen, elevate our menu, and help drive the next phase of our growth.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
• Develop, refine, and execute menus that align with Shelby’s Trio’s concept and customer expectations
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff; foster a positive, accountable team culture
• Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain consistency during high-volume service while minimizing waste
• Collaborate with the management team on specials, events, and operational improvements

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Solid understanding of food cost control, inventory, and kitchen budgeting
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Passion for quality food, consistency, and hospitality
• Culinary degree preferred but not required (experience matters most)
