As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our clients and ensuring their printing needs are met with precision and excellence.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their printing needs and provide solutions
• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of printed materials
• Manage customer orders and ensure accuracy of details
• Handle inquiries and resolve any customer issues or concerns
• Assist with general office duties as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in commercial printing industry
• Knowledge of digital press
• Ability to operate binding equipment
• Proficiency in digital printing
• Experience with large format printing

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
