Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency.
• Manage the full production planning process to meet schedule, cost, and demand requirements.
• Create and maintain production schedules, coordinate with teams, and optimize workflows.
• Monitor raw material inventory to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
• Work with Quality Assurance to ensure all products meet quality standards

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 plus years' experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Manages workflow and oversees the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operations to maximize Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
• Proficient in developing, reviewing, and maintaining HACCP plans
• Food Safety Standards & Regulatory Compliance
• Continuous manufacturing experience, lean/5S project experience
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• OSHA regulations
• Food Manufacturing Industry Experience.
• GMP
• Food Safety
• Outstanding communication ability.
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range:

$65K-$70K
