Experience:

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Required Credentials: EKG test needed upon submission

Shift & Scheduling:

M-F 8-4:30 p.m. or 10 hr days 7-5:30 p.m. 4 days per week

Weekend Hours: On call

Call Requirements / Holiday coverage: Yes

Floating Requirements: Possible to Munster Cath lab

5 days maximum time off

2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)
