Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

22 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

Required Skills/Experience: Pre/Post required

Skills: Pre-Post operative care, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line care and management, Starting and maintaining IVs, 12-lead EKG/ECG, Obtaining Operative/Procedural Consent, Pre-op Assessment, Pre-op Education, Review History and Physical, Straight urinary catheterization (male/female), and Cardiac Monitoring (Arterial line management, CVP, Dysrhythmia recognition/management, and Swan-Ganz monitoring). You are proficient in Cardiovascular care (AAA repair, Cardiac Arrest/CPR, Pacemaker Insertion, Vascular surgery), specialized Medications (Antiarrhythmics, Anticoagulants, Antihypertensives, Emergency Meds, IV vasopressors, and Narcotics), Respiratory support (Airway assessment, Chest tube management, ABG interpretation), and recovery for various anesthesia types (General, MAC, Nerve Blocks) and Cardiac surgery cases.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Level 1 trauma/Outpatient, Previous Charge Experience, Teaching Hospital Experience

Skills: Ambulatory/Outpatient settings, Level I Trauma Center experience, Phase I PACU, Accessing/Managing Ports, Phlebotomy, and Wound Vac management

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling: Shifts rotate between closer and opener. 5a-5:30p and 8a-8:30p

Call included. Call requirements including every third-fourth weekend

14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
