The Finance Manager, Retail will primarily be responsible for managing the financial detail for the retail organization within the North America Region including overheads, revenue & KPI delivery, and various ad hoc needs.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage financial target setting & forecasting (AC, quarterly, ad hoc) for overheads and key KPIs in partnership with multiple stakeholders / budget owners
Oversee retail overhead and revenue delivery performance & prepare daily/monthly/quarterly outlooks with action plans, risks and opportunities
Analyze actual results vs. forecasts and providing commentary for drivers & explain the drivers to the regional and BU leadership along with preparing review material
Ensure system hygiene and making sure all the systems touching overheads, P&L & KPIs tie to each other and have the right numbers
Lead and support various projects and ad hoc needs representing retail finance in cross functional teams
Act as first line of financial support contact to retail field leadership
Focus on improving and automating processes lead implementation of the changes
What you will bring

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets
BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business
LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company
GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science and/or Business degree in Accounting or Finance
6 or more years of experience in operations/overhead finance
BI/strong systems experience strongly preferred
Consumer Packaged Goods experience is preferred
Experience within a multinational company is preferred
Ability to deal with Ambiguity and topics with no precedence available
Agility to self-learn and drive on topics and consult where necessary
Ability to articulate complicated situations in a simple manner
Strong communication skills and team player
Need to be able to handle/analyze large amounts of complex data
