Role: Cardiac Surgical Tech
Location: Rochester, NY  14642
Schedule: 12 hours shift D/E/N Rotating Shift Schedules.  Can also accommodate 48Hrs/week
Pay Breakdown:
Blended Hourly: $ 55.00/hr [$17.00 taxable | $ 38.00 stipend]
Weekly Gross: $1,980.00 [$612.00 taxable | $1,368.00 stipend] 
 
Job Duties:

• The Adult Cardiac OR cares for a wide variety of patients. CABG's TAVI's and Heart Failure (VAD's, ECMO, Artificial Heart and Heart Transplants) just to name a few. Using a multidisciplinary approach, the OR staff cares for patients of all ages.
• The Surgical Technologist will provide technical knowledge in preparing instruments, equipment and supplies for surgical procedures and assists the surgical team from the scrub position during an operation.

Requirements:                                            

• NBSTSA Certification or 10 years of experience as a Surgical Technician 
• Two (2) years’ Experience OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred
• Able to scrub and circulate
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
