Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Plate presentation for banquets
• Preparing salads and scratch cooking
• Menu engineering for optimal guest experience
• Broiling, sautéing, and other cooking techniques

Required Skills:

• Food quality control
• Portion control for banquet settings
• Menu writing and seasonal menu development
• Back of house kitchen management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knife skills and sauce making
• A la carte experience
• Food cost management expertise
