Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive operational reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Improve operational processes, develop and challenge team members, and support limited recruiting efforts within the local area.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development while building future leaders.
• Serve as the change agent leading company operations.
• Maintain plant infrastructure and an operations team supporting a Mon-Fri, 50-hour manufacturing schedule.
• Directly manage a multi-department facility with 10+ employees across Fabrication, Rental, and Distribution, with capacity for growth.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support for employees and facility needs, leading from the front, not behind a desk.
• Partner with the production planning team via phone and email to coordinate daily activities and adapt to evolving business demands.
• Manage plant operating expenses and budgets.
• Champion a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all safety programs, initiatives, and applicable laws and standards.
• Develop and maintain expertise in company's Quality Management System
• Promote strong employee engagement and morale.
• Establish optimal staffing and production schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related study preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team within a manufacturing or warehouse operation.
• Experience fostering continuous improvement.
• Experience managing a multi-department operation.
• Experience within quality management systems.

Salary Range: $95K-$120K annually DOE
