Production Supervisor

Sun-Thurs, 9:30pm-6:30am

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the cutting, finishing, and forming departments
• Maintain safe and efficient workflow while monitoring team performance
• Evaluate staff performance and identify areas for training and development
• Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to support employee growth
• Review production metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Lead daily safety briefings and enforce best practices
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
• Facilitate monthly team meetings covering safety, productivity, quality, and process enhancements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve production challenges independently
• Knowledge of safe work practices and experience promoting a culture of safety

Required Experience:

• 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing methods
• Experience in production or manufacturing settings
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Legal work authorization in the United States-Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
