Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Part-Time General Dentist to join our team a few days a week who is passionate about comprehensive oral healthcare focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of dental conditions and restorative procedures such as extractions, fillings, crowns, and bridges, as well as developing individualized treatment plans that support long-term oral health.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to providing exceptional dental care. You will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while being supported by a highly trained team and efficient systems.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
  • Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures; including exams, restorations, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
  • Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Active UT dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation structure daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater.
