Carpenter - Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Job Description:

Are you a meticulous finish carpenter who takes pride in the final details that make a project extraordinary? Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is seeking a mid-level Carpenter to join our Design-Build Division in Massachusetts. This is your opportunity to be the closer-the skilled professional who ensures every kitchen, bathroom, and remodeling project crosses the finish line with excellence. Carpenter - Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Requirements

4+ years' experience in residential finish carpentry

Knowledge of remodeling and construction

Knowledge of cabinetry and installation

Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily to job sites throughout Eastern MA or Southern NH.

General carpentry, cabinet installation, product quality knowledge

Experience in residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior renovations.

Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to troubleshoot field conditions independently.

Solid time management skills and ability to meet simultaneous timelines.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and superior organizational skills

Willingness to be flexible, taking on both challenging and non-challenging tasks

Highly proficient finish carpenter with an eye for detail

Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field

Strong communication skills with both team members and clients

Professional demeanor and pride in representing a quality brand

Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction

Prior experience Providing a professional, courteous presence during the final phase of each project

Be the trusted face of Norfolk Companies when it matters most

Follow all Norfolk safety policies and OSHA standards

Maintain required PPE and jobsite protocols

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined residential spaces.

Comfortable working in active home environments, often in occupied spaces.

Must provide own basic hand tools. Additional job-specific tools may be provided by the company.

Able to walk over uneven surfaces
