Job Title: Office Services Coordinator 2 - Hancock County Department: FAES | Putnam County

The position is located in Hancock County.

This position will provide a broad range of basic to complex clerical services utilizing Microsoft Office and Workday to support program staff and office operations. Position will handle day to day office business operations, mailings and intake & deposits of all income. The position will maintain the overall fiscal processes and management of office supplies. This position serves as primary Agriculture and Natural Resource and Family Consumer Science program support and shared database management. This position is also responsible for management of business office procedures and purchasing with PCard and will serve as part of the office stewardship team.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this job profile is $15.86 - $20.74 hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
